Reading Pagans & Witches Meeting
We have two regularly scheduled meetings a month. We meet on the second and fourth Wednesdays of each month, starting at 7:00pm. Some things you will find at both meetings include prayer circles, information on events of interest to the community, and updates on the group as a whole. The meeting on the second Wednesday is at the Muhlenberg Rec Center, and is a more hands-on meeting. Here is where we have done such things as made incense, soap, prayer beads, and held rituals. We also have done a study of the book Paganism, by River & Joyce Higginbotham. The meeting on the fourth Wednesday is at Borders Cafe in Wyomissing. There we talk about everything from what’s going on in our community to more structured talks on different paths, divination, candle magick, etc.

Reading Massachusetts was first settled in 1639 and the town was incorporated in 1644. Reading is a medium size community and is situated at a transportation hub.

Interstate 93 runs along its western boundary and Interstate 95 is along its southern and southeastern boundary. This location not only makes Reading easily accessible to Boston, but to the seashore retail shopping malls and employment centers. This accessibility added to the New England character of the town make Reading an ideal residential area.
