Find out the answers to these questions and more at a complimentary seminar on February 28th, 2012, to discuss the impact of the new Department of Labor regulations (DOL) regarding the disclosure of compensation paid to service providers of qualified retirement plans and disclosures which plan sponsors must make to the participants' of those plans.
New regulations, with a proposed effective date of April 1st, 2012, require that you will need to receive fee disclosure documents from your vendors. The new DOL regulations require you to review these documents and provide disclosures to your retirement plan participants. These regulations are far reaching and will affect nearly all qualified plans and service providers, as well as most plan participants.
Compliance with these regulations is critical, so please join us to prepare for this rapidly-approaching mandate and learn the answers to these common questions.
